    Catalyze Disciple-Making Movements among the unreached.
    Equip local and global believers in multiplying disciples.

    Assist Forefront City Director and Staff in making disciples among the unreached people groups in your city. This is accomplished through two main activities. First, you will work directly with refugees, international students, and economic immigrants by meeting physical and emotional needs and starting Discovery Bible Studies with those who respond as spiritually interested. Second, you will be mobilizing and training both local and global churches and believers using Disciple-Making Movements methodology.

    Responsible for the following initiatives:

  • Start Discovery Bible studies in the context of internationals.
  • Connect and equip national believers near the target group
  • Develop an ongoing knowledge base around the best practices and current programs engaged in outreach to internationals living in the area.
  • Model a lifestyle of integrity engaged in outreach to internationals.
  • Mobilize and recruit team members for the program
  • Facilitate and execute the learning experience for the team
  • Propose suggested partnerships or development strategies within Forefront Experience as needed to grow and meet team goals.
  • Mobilize the local and global church to help facilitate strategic initiatives
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
    Experience: Cross-cultural & missions experience preferred.
    Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to manage work across web-based platforms.
    Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact well with people in person.
    Support Raising: Applicants must be willing to raise personal support for salary and benefits
    Travel: ~15% travel required: most occurs during the busiest recruiting seasons

    OPERATIONS TEAM

    Forefront Experience’s Operations Team is responsible for supporting the Forefront Directors in all operations efforts. This includes the holistic management of programs, administration, and fundraising activity. This position intentionally carries a very broad scope of work to equip individuals with a well-rounded set of organizational experiences. Position may rotate through the different areas or take on project specific roles depending on organizational need and capability.

    Program specific responsibilities include assisting Directors and Forefront Team in recruiting/mobilization activity, outreach initiatives, training and process development, and program management.

    Administration specific responsibilities include assisting Directors and Forefront Team with bookkeeping/financial reporting, human resource management, and internal communication processes.

    Fundraising specific responsibilities include assisting Directors and Forefront Team in donor management, event coordination, marketing communication and networking.

    Must demonstrate drive and passion for completing projects with excellence; ability to pick up on new systems and concepts quickly; does well with a variety of work responsibilities.

    This position involves assisting City Directors in daily operations related to administrative details. Specific responsibilities include payroll/bookkeeping help, scheduling, contact management, updating systems and managing internal team communication. The best fit for this position will likely be someone with a great ability to manage details. Administrative staff have a great opportunity to serve the nations through their tangible skills as well as develop other areas of work as desired.
    Forefront Experience’s Financial Manager is responsible for supporting the Directors in all financial efforts. This includes duties such as managing Forefront Experience overall and team budgets, monthly reporting and analysis, overseeing the payroll process and assisting our tax accountant.

    Must demonstrate drive and passion for completing projects with excellence; strong financial acumen; ability to pick up on new systems and concepts quickly.

    This position requires a skilled and motivated graphic designer to support Forefront Experience Directors in all creative projects. Designer will work on existing and new organizational programs. Must be able to quickly grasp design objectives and work independently on a variety of assignments. Must demonstrate imagination, drive and passion for projects with excellence.

    Specific duties include: providing creative guidance to the organization as a whole; conceptualizing/developing promotional materials including print; web assignments; maintaining established brand guidelines and enhancing brand identities; cultivating branding that appeals to target audience; working with outside designers or web developers to meet deadlines.

    Create and promote Great Commission videos. This includes projects like telling stories of missionaries, highlighting Kingdom projects around the world and documenting lives of actual unreached people.

    Video Objectives:
    • Serve existing missions activity by providing excellent videos for their unique needs
    • Mobilize the American church especially young adults to deeper engagement with unreached people groups and raising awareness to the reality of the unreached
    • Generate interest in Forefront Experience programs
    • Mobilize young adults towards living a missional lifestyle among internationals wherever they are

    This position works in collaboration with Forefront Experience directors to determine objectives and ongoing projects. Also works with directors in an identification process to find strategic great commission video opportunities and build relationships with those who would benefit from videos. Every project should be aligned with improving, increasing or innovating in the Great Commission effort of the Church.

    Responsible for the overall management of the video process including development, pre-production, production, and post-production. Travel will be required on a project by project basis for filming. This position must be able to work well with a variety of different Christian missions groups and individuals who may have differing beliefs on non-essential doctrine.

    Position will have a primary responsibility in marketing and distribution of video specific content working alongside greater Forefront marketing and mobilization efforts. Additional travel and networking is required to promote the videos which includes telling the stories with the goal of missions mobilization.

    This position is responsible for the overall communication efforts of Forefront Experience. Works in collaboration with Directors to manage social media platforms and email marketing. Position includes the opportunity to contribute written copy and help develop marketing strategies. Other marketing activity includes assistance with events and mobilization efforts.
    This position will assist the Forefront Directors in all donor related activity. This includes assisting Directors and Forefront Team in donor management, donor communication, and networking. This role will be best served by someone who is a people person, able to connect with others, has a passion for sharing about what God is doing in missions and eager to learn.
